my refrigerator broke while i was out of town. came back and all my food went bad and there was water leaking out from my fridge. CALI appliance showed up when he said he would and was able to troubleshoot the issue. it wasn't cheap but was cheaper than buying a new refrigerator! they didn't clean up the kitchen afterwards but the fridge works now.he told me to buy a part and helped me find it online but it was the wrong size so that's a bummer - but as far as the actual service goes it was great.

I had a random incident where my stove top range was not working one morning. In fact it had been making clicking noises from the igniter. With so many positive reviews, I was surprised at how quickly Niko responded. He came the same day, mask on, and helped trace the flood beyond the washer to a related plumbing problem. He got an estimate from a plumber and checked out my dryer that I never did maintenance on since moving in 3.5 years ago. He said we could wait, but I figured he was already here. (He also gave me a price better than we'd had before on a refrigerator issue.) He did the maintenance plus a quick vent repair on the dryer and beat his own price. Around 11 am I suddenly noticed all the food in my refrigerator and freezer was defrosting and I called Niko on the recommendation of my neighbor who had used him to repair several different appliances. I finally have the time to give a review now because I have been really busy with school and work. My Viking refrigerator stopped getting cold on Saturday night on May 15th. On Sunday morning, I called many places and they wanted to schedule for Monday. I was afraid all my food in the freezer and fridge will get spoiled since all the food in the freezer was defrosted. Niko is the best! I called him at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday night as our Frigidaire front loading dryer was not heating up and would shut off after running for a few minutes. He came over ASAP, wearing a KN95 mask, neatly dressed and fitted with his tool. In the dark, he was able to pinpoint the issue (power supply to the ignitor), fix the issue and enable us to use the dryer that evening.

Niko has been able to service our LG washer/dryer combo machine twice! The first time we were having issues with the dry cycle heating correctly. He was able to service the control board to repair the heat. While he was repairing that, he saw a piece was missing screws which he also fixed. After that, it stopped making awful noises! Replaced in about 30 min -bam, done deal. Works great. Fair service call fee (less than most other places I called) applied against total bill if he does the work & he provides 3 mounts warranty on parts and service which is really nice. I'm pretty mechanical and probably could've fixed it myself, but only after spending hours troubleshooting the issue, researching online, locating the proper part, etc. Just didn't have the time on this one, nor patience. Nik knocked out quick & at a fair price. I definitely will call again should I need his help in the future.

Over the past six months, Niko has helped assess, identify, and repair issues with our Bosch clothes dryer and dishwasher, and Electrolux fridge. He has been a pleasure to work with each time. All of our appliances are about ten years old. For our dishwasher, he removed the old soap dispenser, which had stopped opening, and installed a new one. I got an issue with my Wolf oven which wasn't working, not heat producing and the temperature didn't change. Nik came over to help me troubleshoot my Wolf Range Oven in my home in Brentwood, CA. The oven wasn't getting hot. He immediately assessed it was a faulty igniter oven and replaced it. At the same time Nik did the maintenance for six top spark burners. Apparently,Nick was over the next day to fix the problem my Wolf range oven . He told me our washer rubber door seal was on the verge of failing and recommended replacing. A few days later, he returned to replace the seal. Unfortunately it was the wrong size part, but he was able to return the very next day with the correct part. Niko was very friendly and responsive; I recommend his services.

Around 11 am I suddenly noticed all the food in my refrigerator and freezer was defrosting and I called Niko on the recommendation of my neighbor who had used him to repair several different appliances. He took some notes said he could arrive between 2-5pm but then called an hour later and said he could be over in 12 minutes! I was just cleaning all the food out of the freezer when he arrived and he quickly moved the fridge out from the wall (Yes he s strong!) and diagnosed and fixed the starter which got the compressor working.So within 2-6 hours I was moving everything back into my refrigerator/freezer and it was back to normal temp by 8 PM. He also said he would install a water filter at no cost if I had one (but I didn't) and showed me how to do it once I ordered... He also took a quick look at my Kenmore dryer that have been temporarily on the fritz the day before and showed me a diagnosis code to troubleshoot if the message came up again.

I have used my dishwashing machine as a dish holder the last 5 years. It hasn't worked probably even longer than that. After doing house repairs, I thought, why not get the dishwasher fixed, it shouldn't be to expensive. After going through 3 different companies each one, after a brief look, tried to get me to pay over $500 to replace the motor. I finally came across Niko, a nice guy who got to the point immediately. He let me know the price if the draining tube was clogged, and how much if it was the motor. It was the motor, he literally looked up the price right there and showed me how much it would cost, it was 50 -75% cheaper than the other 3 and he got it done within an hour. We recently had trouble hiring other appliance repair services, so I was prepared for this to be another challenge, but Niko has been the best experience we've had in the last year.Our dryer stopped spinning and this was the first number I called, as CALI was the closest to us. My high-end electric cooktop broke down and I called at least 6 other appliance repair shops in town; they all said they can't fix it. Two of them didn't even return my calls. I even called and emailed the manufacturer's (a brand from Spain) customer service line and no one answered. Appliance Direct Repair, on the other hand, answered my call right away, asked me questions over the phone to diagnose the issues; walked me through potential issues when fixing something like this where parts may be hard to come by. Mikola came the next day and explained to me the issues he noticed. He was very helpful and very informative. My Sharp drawer microwave got jammed. The first highly rated company I called on Yelp, after explaining the issue, he told me that not only could he not repair it as the parts were not available, but also not to trust that any of the other Yelp listed repair companies. As a result, I called Sharp, they gave me 2 referrals of their authorized dealers, I was really concerned as both just had 1 or 2 stars on Yelp. I finally have the time to give a review now because I have been really busy with school and work. My Viking refrigerator stopped getting cold on Saturday night on May 15th. On Sunday morning, I called many places and they wanted to schedule for Monday. I was afraid all my food in the freezer and fridge will get spoiled since all the food in the freezer was defrosted. Fortunately, I called CALI Appliance and they were able to come on a Sunday. What was even better was that they came in a few hours. I would have expected later in the day. So, this already was a thumbs up for me. When the technician came, he was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. He was very honest, and that is something I really appreciate. He even gave me tips to make the fridge last longer and telling me to be careful on certain things. Niko is the best! I called him at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday night as our Frigidaire front loading dryer was not heating up and would shut off after running for a few minutes. He came over ASAP, wearing a KN95 mask, neatly dressed and fitted with his tool. In the dark, he was able to pinpoint the issue (power supply to the ignitor), fix the issue and enable us to use the dryer that evening.

Niko has been able to service our LG washer/dryer combo machine twice! The first time we were having issues with the dry cycle heating correctly. He was able to service the control board to repair the heat. While he was repairing that, he saw a piece was missing screws which he also fixed. After that, it stopped making awful noises! We had CALI Appliance Repair send Niko again to repair a draining issue in the same machine. He was able to replace a broken drain pipe in the spot.Niko is very professional, timely, and kind!Highly recommend!

Came out quickly and correctly diagnosed that our Kenmore refrigerator's compressor had gone bad. We had it repaired under warranty through Sear's and Sear's was super slow. Wish they would have approved CALI to do the work because they are faster and more responsive.

Had Nik over yesterday to repair the washing machine at my house in Santa Monica. My Bosch washer stopped draining and was leaking water at the bottom. Called him about 11am & he scheduled for the same afternoon between 3-5:30pm. Showed up around 4pm. Seems very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem in under 10 minutes. Had the part in his truck. Replaced in about 30 min -bam, done deal. Works great. Fair service call fee (less than most other places I called) applied against total bill if he does the work & he provides 3 mounts warranty on parts and service which is really nice. I'm pretty mechanical and probably could've fixed it myself, but only after spending hours troubleshooting the issue, researching online, locating the proper part, etc. Just didn't have the time on this one, nor patience. Nik knocked out quick & at a fair price. I definitely will call again should I need his help in the future.

Nico is Fabulous! My husband wanted to bake for the first time Ever and when he went to go put his cake in the oven, it wasn't working! My dishwasher drain has been clogged for weeks found out that it was out of warranty so I called CALI Appliance Repair Near Me because of the great reviews. They did not disappoint. Our Kenmore elite washer/dryer was suddenly making a huge noise today and we called this company to look into fixing it. Was a little surprised that they were open today on a holiday. Over the past six months, Niko has helped assess, identify, and repair issues with our Bosch clothes dryer and dishwasher, and Electrolux fridge. He has been a pleasure to work with each time. All of our appliances are about ten years old. For our dishwasher, he removed the old soap dispenser, which had stopped opening, and installed a new one. For our dryer, he encouraged us to bring HVAC out to clear the vent, which turned out to be blocked - exactly as Niko diagnosed. Words can't even express how fantastic this company is!! I got an issue with my Wolf oven which wasn't working, not heat producing and the temperature didn't change. Nik came over to help me troubleshoot my Wolf Range Oven in my home in Brentwood, CA. The oven wasn't getting hot. He immediately assessed it was a faulty igniter oven and replaced it. At the same time Nik did the maintenance for six top spark burners. Apparently,Nick was over the next day to fix the problem my Wolf range oven . I tried handing him some extra money for his time, but he refused it. He's a man that stands behind his work. Great job.

So, my GE Monogram fridge/freezer blew its water line at 9.30 on a Saturday night. Water. Everywhere. It was grim. I was lucky enough to reach Nico and he talked me through how to turn the water off to just the fridge, then showed up in Monday and fixed it.
