Home services still run on phone calls.

iLOCL dispatches licensed technicians the way ride hailing dispatches drivers: one app, a flat rate approved upfront, a licensed professional at the door, typically the same day.

01 · Problem

A market this large should not still run on hold music.

Booking a plumber or an electrician still means phone tag, a four hour arrival window, and a price you learn after the work is done. The market is huge and highly fragmented, and most of it still runs offline. There is no default place homeowners trust to just get it handled.

02 · Product

Describe it. Approve the rate. Someone licensed is on the way.

A customer describes the problem in the app, sees a flat rate, and approves it before anyone is dispatched. Technicians run their entire business through a dedicated app: requests, navigation, estimates, payouts. Technicians are independent professionals who work under their own California license and their own insurance. A license and proof of insurance are requested at onboarding, and a background check may be required.

Both sides grow on the same rails: new service categories and newly licensed technicians onboard into the engine that is already running. There is no second system to build.

03 · Proximity

The technician you need is often already on your street.

Somebody two doors down is having a water heater replaced this afternoon. Somebody else drives home past your block every evening with a van full of tools. That ordinary local supply is what iLOCL turns into a same day visit: the app looks for the closest available licensed technician instead of the one with the largest ad budget. Your neighbor needs help too, and one technician can reach you both before dinner.

The platform keeps looking through the neighborhood until a technician is on the way to you.

05 · Status

We are at the beginning, and we say so plainly.

The platform is live in Southern California, founder led, with first orders flowing. The current focus is service quality and unit economics, and scale comes second. The founding technician team did not arrive yesterday: it built a 5 star home services business in Laguna Niguel first.
