My kitchenaid dishwasher had stopped draining, and I tried everything I knew, with no success. I called Niko and he diagnosed a faulty control panel. He ordered it and came the following week and replaced the control panel, and now it's working like new (thank goodness!). I'll definitely be calling Niko if I need other appliance repairs in the future!

The service call was for a nice Bosh microwave/convection oven that I have inherited from my new unit's former owner. It looked almost brand new, but did not work. Nikolay expertly and so quickly identified the issue to be a burnt fuse. He was well prepared with tools and replacement fuses. He changed it very quickly, gave a few tips on maintenance and what to expect from an appliance like that. The whole thing took just about 15 min!!! So greatfull for knowledgeable appliance repair men like him. Definitely recommend to anyone and will return for another great service in the future!!

I can't recommend Niko and his team enough. We contacted them to repair our microwave and ended up installing two HVAC systems. Niko was communicative, thorough, trustworthy, courteous, clean and priced competitively. He treated our home with respect and was kind to our children. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions patiently. Highest recommendation!!
